My leadership coaching philosophy is very simple:
I am your partner from the start of our cooperation until you’ve reached your goal through a tailor-made process.

Our sessions can be held in English or in German and most clients choose to meet me online via zoom.
At the beginning of our cooperation we establish a clear and achievable goal.
From there we define the process and session schedule, individually tailored to your needs.
In our sessions we are working on topics that help you move towards your goal in an interactive way.
Clients on average choose to work with me for a year in increments of 3 months, but longer engagements are available as well.
