Confidential Conversation

A Conversation to
Explore Fit and Scope

Evaluating coaching investment for your organisation usually means wading through pitches before you get to substance. This conversation skips that step.

No generic pitch · No obligation · Just direct answers

What This Conversation Is

This is a structured thirty- to forty-five-minute conversation in which we explore your organisation’s context, the leadership population you’re considering this for, and whether the CDL method — individual or cohort — is a relevant fit for what you’re trying to achieve.

It is useful in itself, whether or not it leads further. You leave with clarity on whether this approach fits your situation, what it would involve, and how it’s measured and reported.

Duration

Approximately 30–45 minutes. Come with whatever context you have — a fully scoped brief isn’t necessary.

What we cover

The leadership population or organisational context you’re considering this for. Where the current development approach is falling short, or what’s driving the search for something different. How the programme structure, individual baselines, and sponsor reporting would apply to your situation. Whether CDL is the right fit — and if not, what might be.
What it is not
A sales presentation, a proposal walkthrough, or a commitment to proceed. If there’s a genuine fit, next steps — including scope and investment — are discussed on your timeline, not assumed in advance.
Format
Video call. Choose the time that works for you from the available slots.

Confidential

Everything discussed in this conversation is treated as confidential — including your organisation’s name, context, and any internal challenges you describe. Nothing is shared beyond this conversation without your agreement.

No commitment

This conversation carries no financial or contractual obligation. If there’s a fit and you want to explore further, next steps — including scope, format, and investment — are agreed together afterward.

Investment details

Investment is scoped by format and engagement size, not published as a rate card. This conversation is where that scoping begins — you’ll leave with a clearer sense of the range, even if a formal proposal comes later.
