The ESP Chart describes seven levels of energy and consciousness that influence how individuals perceive and respond to situations. These levels range from catabolic (destructive, levels 1 & 2) to increasingly more anabolic (constructive, levels 3 – 7) energies, with each level reflecting different thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that impact leadership effectiveness and personal growth.
